Night Elf
This picture contains early samples of night elf art direction and lore. In this incarnation, they were more “primal” than the night elves that ultimately appeared in Warcraft III.  

 

 

 

 

Tauren
This piece was drawn during the development of World of Warcraft. Rather than being created in the office like most concept sketches, the tauren was sketched out on the table of a local pub in full view of a group of onlookers.
