I picked this game out in order to satisfy my lust for trap protagonists and their foibles... but oddly, this game turned out to be a huge disappointment. The story for each individual heroine is relatively weak (endings tend to be even vaguer than the VN norm, protagonist's or heroine's issues are insufficiently explored in their routes, etc.) and there is very little relationship-forming between the protagonist and the heroines. To be blunt, he pretty much takes over his sister's relationships and transforms them into romantic ones. While Atos' path does address this conflict somewhat, the reactions of the various heroines on finding out that the protagonist isn't Rui are less than realistic, even by eroge standards.
Because of the use of an episode-choice system rather than a story-flow system of game progression, the game's story feels like it is broken up into pieces, which destroys the pacing, especially once you get onto the individual heroine routes.
However, these sins are relatively minor compared to how pathetic the endings are. They are abrupt, have little after-story, and they leave you thinking 'What, that's it?!'. While this is a bad habit that many VNs have, it is quite rare to see it happen to this degree.
