If you have more than 10 TP,

Go to XP월드>>>'아이콘 구매'of'마켓플레이스'

And just choose the icon which will be attached next to your nickname.

First one: You should ask PlayXP people how to play on the NA server.
Second one: If you are in the SEA server, you can play in the North American server, though I don't know how.

2. To get an icon you go to http://www.playxp.com/marketplace/ and choose an icon. It's all in Korean but it's pretty intuitive.
