팀 리퀴드에 올라온 프라임 썰ㄷㄷ

이거 예전에 프라임 숙소에서 머물렀던 혐국인이 팀 리퀴드에 어제 프라임이 워낙 개11떡같이 하니깐 외국애들도 이상하다고 해서 쓴 글인데 읽어볼만함 ㅇㅇ

I'm honesty surprised Prime hasn't disbanded yet. Prime always is looking for more players yet turn away some pretty damn good players when they have them (ST.Brain, Salmosa (who was kicked)). The Prime team doesn't have a proper coach either, Gerrard almost never spend his time with the players because he is too busy with managing the team. Thats why we saw annyeong and Classic leave the team, because they basically took on coach roles more than anything and they wanted out of it all. 

Prime doesn't have good business sense, even things that would be great for the players. I really honestly feel bad for Creator, having to carry the weight of his entire team, at only 17. I've seen the amount of stress creator gets during practice. That's why so many people leave prime. Prime doesn't have a structured practice regime, which forces players to play way more than they should. That causes them to lose sleep and get stressed out. They need a proper practice schedule and a proper coach. But they won't get either. They need time to rest and have fun, but don't get to do much of that either, at least not anyone but mkp. 

Anyways I'm venting, but seeing this makes me sad. If they had bothered to take care of the amazing players they once had, they would be such an awesome team.


Gerrard doesn't actually watch any of his player's replays. He doesn't actually spend any time with the players at all. I remember when I was living in the house, I would only see Gerrard during meal time. That was about it.

Then Gerrard goes on to remove players from his team (salmosa being a good example) for lack of skill, yet has never actually spent time with him to improve his skill. leaving him only to ladder and attempt to find practice partners on his own. same has gone for all prime players. they all have to find their own practice partners, and most of the time they just ladder instead. They don't even do in house rankings.

난 프라임이 아직까지 해체하지 않았다는게 너무나 놀라울 뿐이야. 프라임은 항상 좋은 선수들을 찾고 있지만 실력있는 선수들까지 내쳐 버린단 말이야 (starale_brain//salmosa). 프라임은 제대로된 코치도 없어. 박외식 감독은 팀 관리하는데 너무 바쁘기 때문에 선수들이랑 시간을 보내지도 않는단 말이야 그래서 ClassicPrime이나 annyeongPrime이 팀을 떠난거야 왜냐면 이 둘이 코칭 스태프 역활을 줄곧 해 왔고 코치없이 자기들이 이런걸 하는것을 벗어나고 싶어했거든. 

프라임 팀은 비지니스 센스도 없어. 자기 선수들한테 너무 좋은 기회조차 말이지. 난 솔직히 장현우가 너무 안타까워 팀 전체를 고작 17살 짜리가 이끈다는게 말이야. 난 내 눈으로 장현우가 연습시간에  스트레스를 얼마나 많이 받는지 봐 왔어. 프라임을 떠나는 선수들이 괜히 많은게 아니야. 프라임은 체계적인 연습 시스템 조차도 없어 덕분에 선수들이 필요 이상으로 연습하게 하고 잠도 부족해지고 스트레스도 이빠이 받는거란 말야. 프라임은 체계적인 연습 시간과 코칭 스태프가 필요해 하지만 그 둘중 아무것도 하지 않으려고 한다는거지. 선수들 자체가 조금은 휴식이 필요해 근데 적어도 이정훈 말고는 그런 시간을 갖지 않거든..

내가 지금 까발리고 있지만 팀이 이런꼴이 되가는걸 보는건 참 슬픈 일이야...얘내가 가지고 있던 선수들을 제대로 키웠다면 꽤 훌륭한 팀이 되었을텐데 말야. 

박외식 감독은 사실 자기 선수들 리플레이도 보지 않어. 아니 그게 아니라 선수들이랑 시간을 보내는 적이 없어... 내가 거기서 살았을때 박외식감독을 유일하게 볼 때가 밥 먹을 때 뿐이였어.

이러는 주제에 박외식감독은 자기 선수들이 못하면 실력을 키워줄 생각은 안하고 방출하기 바쁘지 (좋은 예가 살모사프라임 -누군진 모르겠음 난-) 자기 선수들한테 래더만 하게 하고 선수들한테 연습상대를 찾도록 내버려두고 말이지..살모사 프라임만 그런게 아니라 다른 프라임 선수들도 다 그래 자기들끼리 연습 상대를 찾아야해 그리고 대부분의 경우 다 래더만 돌리지. 팀내 랭킹전도 하지 않는단 말이야.
