Changelogs will be described as vX.0 (ie: v1.0, v2.0, v3.0) from now on.
Once a changelog is released, it will be tested in the US servers in the form of v0.1, v0.2, v0.3, etc until we believe it has reached a bug-free and balanced state for that particular patch. Once we have completed the changes for that patch, we will release it to the rest of the regions.
This means that regions outside the US will only be seeing major patches for stable versions, whereas US versions will see small patches along with quick bug fixes.
The reason we are doing this is so that I won't need to upload a version to each of the 6 regions every time i make a small bug fix.
So when you see that first changelog posted, it will be about 1-3 days before you see it in your region if you are not within the US.
