- Base Weapon Speed reduced to 1.85, down from 1.7.
- Medical Marvel energy cost increased to 125/225/325, up from 125/150/200.
Tychus.Findlay
- Rip and Tear now fires an additional projectile for every 2 stacks of Rip and Tear (up to 3), instead of only 1 projectile at 6 stacks.
- Rip and Tear projectiles now deal (+35% INT) Spell Damage, down from (+50% INT).
- Smog Grenade tooltip fixed, now displays slow amounts at each level.
