공홈에 뜬지 3시간밖에 안된 내용입니다.
3.0패치가 곧 적용될 예정인가봅니다 ㅋㅎ

Unstuck will no longer pause the user. (Unstuck이 좋아졌네요)
Unstuck will no longer reduce the user's health to 1%.
Unstuck will stun the user after 40 seconds for 5 seconds before telporting the hero.
Alliances can now be identified by faction auras.
Camera Lock will now allow you to select your own minions without defaulting to the hero.
Increased creep spawn period to 50 seconds, up from 45.

Stalker damage reduced to 38, down from 48.
Roach size reduced.
Spine Tower attack range reduced to 7, down from 8.
Destroying an enemy base structure will no longer boost your creep armor or weapon values.
Killing a Hydralisk Den or Cybernetics Core will increase your ranged creep spawn count by 1 for all lanes.
Killing a Roach Warren or Gateway will increase your melee creep spawn count by 1 for all lanes.
상대배럭깨면 자신의 라인몹이 더 나오는듯.

- Class-based bonus damage removed.
- Stim Pack removed.
- All Marines now deal perfect damage.

- Beacon cooldowns increased to 35 seconds, up from 28.
- Energy cost increased to 20, up from 10.

- 10 dps to single target

기본체력 줄고, 소모마나 20으로 늘었고, 데미지 줄고, 스팀팩 없어지고.
대신 스펠저항70%, 그리고 특수효과가 생겼네요.
이제 예전처럼 비콘전쟁은 안생길듯 ㅎㅎ

Warp Shard (워프샤드 쓰기가 상당히 편해졌네요 ㄱ-.... 렐릭버그 안사라졌으면... 큰일나겠네)
- No longer requires a specific target.
- Will teleport the user to any location within a 4 unit range of an allied structure.
- Effect is now channeled.
Egon.Stetmann
- Disable Programmable Vitality Matrix hotkey moved to D, from F.
- Infuse now properly overrides currend commands when an ally is targeted.
Erekul.Sartonis (장어. 맞으면 마나 차는거... 조정됬네요.)
- Masochist chance to proc increased to 12/16/20/24% up from 9/12/15/18%.
- Masochist cooldown reduced to 0.5, down from 0.7.

Garamond.Singsprocket
- Drakken Laser Drill no longer acts as a radar.
- Drillmasters will no longer deploy on an Aeon while it is protected by debris.

- Auto attack now has a projectile. (랭커 평타에 발사체가 생긴다네요. 밑에 보니까 발사체 없던 원거리유닛들, 모두 발사체 생겼네요.)
Molgloo.Grunty (멀록 캐상향 ㄷㄷㄷㄷㄷㄷㄷㄷㄷㄷ 부비트랩이 없어지고 슬로우장판이.... 게다가 샷건 범위가 ㅎㄷㄷㄷ 이제 한국에서도 멀록 자주보겠네요 ㅎㅎ)

- New Ability: Burby Trap [Target Point]: Place a trap at target location, slowing down targets in the area when walked over.
- Auto attack now has a projectile.

Chuck.TBone (모습만 바뀌고. 현재 판도를 바꿀 큰 변화는 없는듯.)

Shadow.Geminus
- The Shadow Walk now maximizes attack speed at all levels.
- The Shadow Walk movement speed bonus decreased to +40/+70/+100%, down from +65/+115/+165%.(궁이... 공속은 항상 최대치. 대신 이속 증가량이 감소되었네요. 초반에도 짱무서울듯.)
- The Shadow Walk now lasts 6/9/12 seconds, down from 11 seconds at all levels. (근데 지속시간이 많이 짧아졌네요. 그래도 3렙궁이 12초라서. 후반에는 위엄 쩔듯.... ㄷㄷㄷ)
- Shadow Vortex reworked: Allied and enemy units in the targeted area are sucked into the epicenter over 2 seconds, then slowed or sped up for X% movement speed for 5 seconds.
(이제 적뿐 아니라 팀원도 2초간 빨려간답니다. 근데 문제는 빨려갔다 들어간 후에, 팀원한테는 이속버프가, 적한테는 슬로우가 5초간 지속된데요. 5초슬로우 ㄱ-..........)

Prelate.Zeratul (아주 많이 하향.)
- Phase Strike now transports Zeratul on top of the target, rather than behind it. (뒤가 아니라 앞으로 온다네요)
- Planar Void thickness reduced to 0.5, down from 0.8. (두께가 얇아졌어요..)
- Unfolding Fate no longer stuns the target. (스턴없어지고 슬로우... 지못미요..)
- Unfolding Fate procs now reduces movement speed by 75% for 0.4 seconds.
- Unfolding Fate now deals 15/25/35/45 damage on proc, up from 15/20/25/30. (데미지는 중요한게 아니야... 스턴이 중요한거야 ㅜㅠ)
- Planar Void is now colored by alliance (blue protoss, orange zerg). (팀별로 색이 다르데요)
- Self-targeting command button added for Chronograph. (자신한테 쓰는건 단축키가 다른가봅니다.)
EnTaro.Tassadar
- Quantum Spade and Pulse Hammer now deal damage on illusion procs.(분신들도 해머빨 받는데요. 테사다 첫템이 정해졌네요)
System.Cyprus
- Multishot now properly searches for visible buried units. (숨어있는 것도 찾아서 때린다네요. 곱등이,좀비 지못미)
Dustin.Brawler (하향하나, 상향하나.)
- Auto attack now has a projectile.
- Movement speed of Goliaths reduced to 1, down from 2.5.
- Goliaths will now only fire one salvo of Hellfire Rockets on spawn.
- Goliath Hellfire Rocket damage increased to 20, up from 15.
- Cast bar is displayed when using Manual Reset.
Rory.Swann (조금 상향)
- Concussive Rebounder projectiles now accelerate slightly. (별사탕 가속함.)
- Cast range of Flaming Stevie increased to 6, up from 5. (궁 사거리 증가)
Hybrid.MAAR (헐 마르 캐상향이다.... 라고 말하려다 궁 너프보고 전언 철회. range 3?? -_- 이게뭐야... 그래도 슬로우가 많이 상향되서 너프라고 말하긴 좀 뭣하네요. 그냥 밸런스 조정...)

Gabriel.Tosh (아직 하향인지 상향인지 모름)
- Auto attack now has a projectile.

- Ultrasonic Pulse can now hit heroic units.
- Ultrasonic pulse stun duration reduced to 0.4 seconds, down from 1.5 seconds. (꼬꼬마들 이제 영웅한테도 스턴되네요)
- Voodoo Grave removed.
- New Ability: Mad Craving: Tosh passively increases the movement speed and attack damage of nearby allies for 6 seconds.
6초간 주변 아군의 이동속도/공격력 증가. 효과와 범위에 따라서 하향인지 상향인지가 정해질 테지만,
어지간하면 하향으로 보는게 맞겠죠..
근데. 저 버프, 자신도 받는거면, 1:1에서 엄청 세질 수 있습니다.. 상향이 될지도 몰라요.
아직은 모르겠네요 ㅎㅎ
